General Settings

Manage your site's identity and basic configuration from the Admin Dashboard > Settings > General.

Site Identity

• Site Name: The name of your marketplace, used in page titles and emails.
• Site URL: The base URL where ChargePanda is installed.
• Support Email: The default email address for customer support inquiries.

Logos & Branding

Upload your custom branding assets to ensure a consistent experience for your customers:

• Logo: The main logo displayed in the header.
• Favicon: The small icon displayed in browser tabs.
• Email Logo: A specific logo optimized for email templates.

SEO Configuration

• Meta Title: The default title tag for your homepage.
• Meta Description: A brief description of your site for search engines.
• Social Image: The image displayed when your site link is shared on social media.

Registration

• Billing Details on Registration: When set to Yes, a billing address section is added to the public registration form. Users are asked for their phone number, company name, street address, city, postcode, country, and state. The collected values are saved as the user's billing address and are pre-filled at checkout. Defaults to No.
