Bundle Products

A bundle is a product that gives customers access to download multiple other products under a single purchase. Instead of buying each item separately, a customer buys the bundle once and gets everything included in it.

Common use cases:

  • A "Complete Pack" that bundles five themes together
  • A "Starter Kit" that includes a plugin, documentation PDF, and a bonus template
  • A discounted collection of your best-selling products

How Bundles Work

From the customer's point of view, a bundle appears as a single product in your shop with its own name, price, image, and description — just like any other product. After purchasing it, the customer's My Downloads page shows a grouped card listing all the included products, which they can download individually.

From the admin side, a bundle is simply a regular product with Bundle Mode turned on. You can bundle any existing products in your store.

TIP

Bundles work with both one-time purchases and subscription plans. A customer can subscribe to a bundle and receive access to all included products for as long as their subscription is active.

Creating a Bundle

Step 1 — Create the bundle product

Go to Admin Dashboard > Products > Create New and set up the product as you normally would:

  • Give it a name, description, and image that represent the collection
  • Set the price that reflects the value of all included items
  • Publish it when ready

Step 2 — Enable Bundle Mode

In the product editor, open the Files & Deliverables tab.

You will see a toggle labelled Bundle Mode in the top-right corner of the tab. Switch it on.

INFO

Bundle Mode and Release Management (versioning) are mutually exclusive. If Release Management is already enabled, the Bundle Mode toggle will not appear, and vice versa. Disable one before enabling the other.

Step 3 — Add products to the bundle

Once Bundle Mode is on, the file upload area is replaced by a product search. Type the name of any product you want to include and click it to add it to the bundle.

  • You can add as many products as you like
  • Each product you add appears in a list with a remove button
  • If you have multiple pricing plans on the bundle (e.g. Basic and Pro), you can assign different included products to different plans using the Assign button next to each item

Step 4 — Save

Click Save Product. The bundle is now live. Any customer who purchases it will see all included products on their downloads page.

Managing an Existing Bundle

To change which products are included in a bundle, open the product in the editor, go to the Files & Deliverables tab, and add or remove products from the list.

WARNING

Removing a product from a bundle will not affect customers who have already purchased it. Their download access is preserved based on what was included at the time of purchase.

What Customers See

On the shop page, bundle products display a Bundle badge on the product card and product detail page so customers know they are purchasing a collection.

On the My Downloads page, the bundle appears as a grouped card with a violet border. The bundle name and purchase reference are shown at the top, with each included product listed below it along with its own download button.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I include a product in more than one bundle? Yes. A product can be included in as many bundles as you like.

Can a bundle include another bundle? No. Only standard products can be added to a bundle.

Does each included product need to have its own files uploaded? Yes. Each product you add to a bundle must have its own files uploaded under its own Files & Deliverables tab. The bundle itself does not hold any files — it just grants access to the included products' files.

What happens if I delete a product that is part of a bundle? The deleted product will no longer be accessible as part of the bundle for new purchases. Existing customers who already purchased the bundle retain their access until it is cleared from their order.
